2 Versions

The diffrence between the older Star Wars and the newer kind is the action inside of the plot. The most recent star wars has a lot of hatred inside of it. The old Star Wars was about the love between princess lea and han solo. And of course you can't forget Luke Skywalker.

Romeo and Juliet

Romeo: Tut, I have lost myself. I am not here. This is not Romeo. He's some other where.

act 1. sc. 2 pg. 23

R & J

Juliet: "My ears have yet not drunk a hundred words
of thy tongue's uttering, yet i know that sound."
Act. 2 sc. 2
line 63-64
pg. 73
this is an examply oh a metaphore i think because it is a comparison not using the words like or as. it is stating that she hasnt heard much and it is like not even drinking a hundred words.

Shakespeare's Language Tricks

In your packet, there's a sheet that discusses some of Shakespeare's language tricks: personification, metaphor, simile, allusions, reversed word, reversed thought and reversed sentence construction.

For this blog, you can either ...

find an example of one of those language tricks in Act I of "Romeo & Juliet"-- and cite the scene and line number

OR

write an original example of reversed word, reversed thought or reversed sentence construction.

Shakesspeare's Times

Shakespeare was the third child of eight born to John and Mary Shakespeare, but the first son, and

the first child to survive past infancy. In the year of his birth, plague struck Stratford, although the

INteresting things about Shakespeare

One interesting fact about Shakespeare is that The only mention that Shakespeare specifically makes of his wife in his Last Will and testament was to leave her his "second best bed".... why not the first best bed? Why a bed? these are the questions that will now haunt me

William Shakespeare.. Interesting

Ok so we all know that William Shakespeare is a famous writer of poetry, but other then that there are some pretty interesting things about him. Like his family his father was a glove maker... Well at least Shakespeare's hands where warm! his father must have been very much in demand because not many people back then probably could make gloves and since he had the talent people where awed by him. His mother was the daughter of a well-to-do local landowner. He married Anne Hathaway :O!!!(no not the one from get smart tee hee).
